TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION
- ORDINARY : Flat roof – 1500 to 2000 sqft
- SILVER TYPE : Slope roof /Modern Design – 1500 to 2000 sqft
- GOLDEN TYPE : Slope roof/Modern/ Contemporary/ Tropical – 2000 to 3000 sqft
- PLATINUM TYPE: Slope roof/Modern/ Contemporary/ Tropical/ traditional Nalukettu – 3000 to 6000 sqft.
- MASTER PIECE: Only one home will be taken up by the company in one state, will be completed with in 12 months. min 6000 sqft area.
PAYMENT SHEDULE (GROUND FLOOR & FIRST FLOOR)
1st installment: 20 % on signing the agreement.
2nd installments: 10 % on completion of foundation
3rd installments: 10 % on completion of ground floor RCC
4th installments: 10 % on completion of first floor RCC
5th installments: 10 % on completion of electric work
6th installments: 10 % on completion of plumbing work
7th installments: 10 % on completion of plastering
8th installments: 10 % on completion of flooring
9th installments: 5 % on completion of painting
10th installments: 5 % on handing over
